Going Green

We are doing our part to reduce our carbon footprint. We have taken the following steps towards this goal:

WindmillOur Windmill at our 11th Street location reduces the amount of greenhouse gas electricity that we use and helps to feed the power grid.

Recycle compostables, paper and cardboard as possible.

Use and maintain energy-efficient equipment.

Use compact fluorescent, linear fluorescent or LED lighting.

Power up & Power down.

Plastic water and soda bottles are not used.

Use takeout packaging to include corn starch to-go cups, takeaway utensils made from potato starch and recyclable paperboard takeout containers.

Use only recycled paper.
